His experience and collaborative nature shone through as he worked effectively with the team, efficiently tackling assigned tasks with a high degree of precision. His helpful and friendly demeanour made collaborating with him a pleasure, contributing to a positive work environment. He combines incredible talent with a strong work ethic, making him an invaluable asset to any project. His designs are not only visually stunning but also thoughtfully crafted with the user experience in mind. David consistently delivered high-quality work, meeting and often exceeding expectations. His ability to translate complex (and sometimes slightly vague!) ideas into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces was impressive and had a significant impact on our project's success. David worked tirelessly to ensure every detail was polished, always open to feedback and willing to go the extra mile to get things just right. I wholeheartedly recommend David to anyone seeking a skilled, hardworking, and collaborative UX\u002FUI designer. I hope to have the opportunity to work with him again in the future!\" Harrison Plowright ~ Experience Associate Director at Omnia \"David is a lovely guy who is a fantastic designer. He helped me to deliver a new website for one of the most unique malls in Dubai, UAE. While showing his expertise across the project he also engaged and became part of the team. Not only with his clear communication and team skills but also by supporting other initiatives and team members even when it was not required or part of his duties. Highly recommend.\" KEY SERVICES UI (Website) Design I've been designing interfaces since I started my design journey back in 2011. I have a keen eye for detail and aim to create the most user-friendly interface when receiving a brief. Utilising strong colour palettes, striking typography and a consistent layout throughout. Wireframing I work on low-fidelity wireframes at the start of each project. This allows the client to see how the product will be laid out without too many design intricacies being implemented. Prototyping I use prototyping as a way of showcasing how a proposed area of a product will function without going into the development phase of a project. This varies between low-fidelty wireframes and high-fidelity interface designs, with both having the purpose of defining the user journey for a specific area of focus. Design Libraries I put together a design library with every digital product I work on. This acts as an aid for developers when a project has been handed over. Covering areas such as typography, button styling, colours, iconography, form elements and more. As well as creating the design library, I also combine chosen elements into a design system in Figma to help with the creation of future mock-ups. Squarespace Builds As an official Squarespace Circle Member, I use the platform to assist me with projects that require a website build. Creating wireframes and interface designs in Figma, I then replicate these within Squarespace's no-code platform. By doing this, it allows for a more refined look and feel and doesn't appear like a generic template that is often used within Squarespace. UX & Research I look into differing aspects of user experience and research whilst working on a digital product. Ranging from user sessions to highlight pain-points with an existing product, showcasing prototypes to gain user feedback on proposed solutions, sourcing data to drive design decisions and more. It is designed for a discerning audience of creative directors, tech-forward brands, and art enthusiasts looking for cutting-edge visual solutions. The visual identity is defined by a bold, experimental use of typography and organic, pill-shaped geometry. By utilizing oversized, high-contrast sans-serif typefaces and a playful yet controlled color palette of muted greys, soft pinks, and vibrant yellows, the site achieves a modern, avant-garde aesthetic. The layout prioritizes rhythmic movement and large-scale elements, creating a tactile, immersive experience that mirrors the designer's focus on generative and computational processes."]
