Un vin nature, c’est le mariage d’une viticulture propre, respectueuse de l’environnement et de l’Humain, avec une vinification naturelle. Les raisins cultivés par nos vignerons doivent être issus d’une agriculture biologique ou biodynamique, c’est-à-dire sans pesticide, sans herbicide ou autre produit chimique. Pour le vin bio, les vignerons sont autorisés à utiliser seulement de faibles quantités de cuivre et de soufre pour traiter leurs vignes. En parallèle, ils travaillent manuellement pour éviter l’utilisation de produits industriels et phytosanitaires. Ensuite, les raisins récoltés sont vinifiés sans intrants œnologiques ou chimiques pour faire du « vin nature ». Les vignerons n’utilisent pas de levures industrielles, mais laisse place aux levures dites « indigènes » (naturelles), ils n’ajoutent aucun agent de saveur ou correcteur et réduisent au maximum l’utilisation de sulfites, voir n’en mettent pas du tout. Ils évitent également de filtrer les vins pour ne pas altérer le goût et ne rajoutent pas de sucre. Les vins naturels se caractérisent par des arômes bien plus prononcés et laisse place à des saveurs que nos papilles avaient perdu l’habitude de côtoyer, pour notre plus grand bonheur ! Un vin nature, c’est le mariage d’une viticulture propre, respectueuse de l’environnement et de l’Humain, avec une vinification naturelle. Les raisins cultivés par nos vignerons doivent être issus d’une agriculture biologique ou biodynamique, c’est-à-dire sans pesticide, sans herbicide ou autre produit chimique. Pour le vin bio, les vignerons sont autorisés à utiliser seulement de faibles quantités de cuivre et de soufre pour traiter leurs vignes. En parallèle, ils travaillent manuellement pour éviter l’utilisation de produits industriels et phytosanitaires. Ensuite, les raisins récoltés sont vinifiés sans intrants œnologiques ou chimiques pour faire du « vin nature ». Les vignerons n’utilisent pas de levures industrielles, mais laisse place aux levures dites « indigènes » (naturelles), ils n’ajoutent aucun agent de saveur ou correcteur et réduisent au maximum l’utilisation de sulfites, voir n’en mettent pas du tout. Ils évitent également de filtrer les vins pour ne pas altérer le goût et ne rajoutent pas de sucre.
