I owned the design system from the ground up: structure, components, and guidelines, unifying how 15+ product designers across Stori's team build and ship. I designed two core products: a CRM for agents to manage transactions digitally, and a buyer\u002Fseller platform for independent or agent-assisted journeys. I built the design system and interaction patterns that unify both sides into one cohesive ecosystem. Stack browser Kursi Kursi brings Georgia's best street-kiosk exchange rates online. I redesigned web and mobile apps, cutting the exchange flow from 7 steps to 3. The familiar kiosk visuals I introduced became a trust signal for users. After the redesign, daily transactions went from 100 to 5K+ and signed-up users grew from 7K to 150K+. FineArts museum Redesign of the Georgian Museum of Fine Arts website, 3,500 artworks by 100 artists. The goal was clarity and restraint: an interface where the art leads and everything else supports. Space bank Georgia's first fully digital bank, born as a 12-person experiment inside TBC. I designed the foundation: onboarding, core banking flows, and the component system behind it all. What started small reached 70% digital banking adoption in Georgia, scaled to 200+ people, and expanded to Uzbekistan with 5.7M+ monthly active users. I collaborated with Zelebrand on motion design for the launch reveal, translating the car's precision engineering into visual teasers that built anticipation before the unveil. Dinamo Tbilisi An immersive website for Georgia's top water polo club. I designed the experience as a virtual arena. Instead of pages, you walk through rooms with interactive scenes and real crowd audio. The homepage feels like stepping into Dinamo's world. Rebank Rebank is a digital bank built around everyday spending and shopping rewards. I designed the visual language, UI system, and component library, creating a foundation flexible enough for partner integrations and rapid feature development. Oneragtime Private investors use OneRagtime to back early-stage startups through funds and club deals. My scope covered the entire investor journey, from discovering deals and running due diligence to committing capital and tracking portfolio performance. Complex financial logic, simple interface. Cardeal A marketplace for buying and importing vehicles. I rebuilt the platform foundation and created dealer tools for managing clients and workflows. What followed the redesign: 500 Global acceleration, GITA Innovation Grant, 1.6M raised, 600% sales growth, and 2M+ monthly turnover. About me I'm David Petro, a senior product designer. I believe the difference between something that works and something that feels right lives in the smallest decisions. That's where I spend most of my time. As a kid, I couldn't leave things alone. I'd open up radios, unscrew toys, take apart anything I could to see how it worked. That curiosity never went away, it just found a better direction. I started in front\\-end development because I wanted to understand how digital products were built. Then I moved closer to the problems themselves: why people struggle, what makes something click, how small decisions shape entire experiences. 9+ years in, I've designed products used by millions. Digital banks, real estate platforms, productivity tools. I'm most useful when the problem is messy, the stakes are real, and the work needs someone who cares about both the big picture and the details that make it feel right. Whether you're self-taught without formal foundations, or experienced but never learned a systematic approach, this framework turns uncertainty into confident decisions. In the new world of AI, this is even more important. When anyone can generate a layout, the designers who advance are those with refined judgment about what makes it work. Strong craft isn't optional anymore. It's the differentiator that comes from a clear system for design decisions. - Turn scattered knowledge into a systematic process - Understand the WHY behind every design decision - Apply learnings immediately to day-to-day work - Build confidence through repeatable frameworks Framework A proven system for confident design. This methodology underlies professional interface design and is used by working designers at leading companies.
