Mirage

The desktop homepage features a full-screen, high-resolution background image of vertical glass pillars with varying shades of green, blue, and subtle red. Centered white text reads 'transformed into glass' above an 'Enter' call to action button, set against the textured, light-refracting glass columns. The mobile version maintains the full-screen background of vertical, textured glass pillars in muted tones. The layout is vertically oriented, with the text 'transformed into glass' and the 'Enter' button positioned centrally to fit the narrower aspect ratio.

Mirage is a digital immersive experience and information hub dedicated to the monumental glass sculpture at Apple Park. Created by artist Katie Paterson and architectural studio Zeller & Moye, the site serves as a poetic archive, documenting the global collaboration of collecting sand from seventy different deserts to create the artwork's unique glass pillars. The visual identity is deeply tied to the materiality of the sculpture itself, utilizing high-resolution, macro-style textures of cast glass and sand. The design is ethereal and contemplative, employing a minimalist layout and sophisticated typography to mirror the sculpture's intent: to invite a moment of pause and a connection to the Earth's geological immensity.
